Account Deletion Request
If you are a current Group 1 Sports player and wish to delete your account on the platform, please submit a request below. Please include in the message your full name, date of birth, and your unique player ID (which can be found by tapping “Account Details” on the Account screen).
Once confirmed, an account deletion is irreversible and the account will be inaccessible to the player.
Personal information that was provided to open the account, as well as financial transaction history, may be retained securely by Group 1 Sports in order to comply with its government obligations, including the AML/CTF Act. In addition, record keeping obligations exist in accordance with Group 1 Sports’ NT Licence and as an authorised interstate betting operator in South Australia (under the Authorised Betting operations Gambling Code of Practice).
